FAQ on DSC

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

  • Remove and re-insert the dongle
  • Insert dongle in another port
  • Update the dongle software (For safenet dongle only)
  • Install the correct dongle software (For HYP 2003 dongle - HYPERSECU PKI software)
  • Make sure dongle is not formatted/DSC revoked/DSC deleted.

  • Uninstall current Java in your system.
  • Install correct Java version from HERE

  • Right click Emsigner from Desktop
  • Click Other Applications
  • Click DSC Registration
  • Check the name of Employee in the Display window
  • If correct Click Agree Box
  • Click Register (1 success and 1 error message displays)*
  • *Many people exits in this point thinking registration is completed
  • Click Sign. Select the Approver name and Sign using Dongle password
  • Click Register button again (2 Success message Displays)
  • Registration completed
  • Restart the System
