Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q1. அப்ரூவர் பெயர் காட்டவில்லை

Remove and re-insert the dongle
Insert dongle in another port
Update the dongle software (For safenet dongle only)
Install the correct dongle software (For HYP 2003 dongle - HYPERSECU PKI software)
Make sure dongle is not formatted/DSC revoked/DSC deleted.
Q2. நீண்ட நேரமாக சுற்றிக் கொண்டே இருக்கிறது…

Uninstall current Java in your system.
Install correct Java version from HERE
Q3. Session Expired என்ற error வருகிறது

காரணம்: Emsigner window displayed in the background
Minimize all windows
Select the name at background and Sign
Login and do esign again
Q4. Object Event Error என்று வருகிறது

8080 portal open ஆகவில்லை
Type https://127.0.0.1:8080/ in address bar
Q5. Port binding error என்று வருகிறது

Close Emsigner from system tray ( ^ - near system time and date)
Right click Emsigner from Desktop
Select Run as Administrator
Refresh 8080 portal in the previous FAQ
Q6. Unable to save Data: Failure: e9006^ authentication failed ........Unique ID: ####

Login in Approver ID
Right click Emsigner from Desktop
Click Other Applications
Click DSC Registration
Check the name of Employee in the Display window
If correct Click Agree Box
Click Register (1 success and 1 error message displays)*
*Many people exits in this point thinking registration is completed
Click Sign. Select the Approver name and Sign using Dongle password
Click Register button again (2 Success message Displays)
Registration completed
Restart the System
