1. அப்ரூவர் பெயர் காட்டவில்லை:
- Remove and re-insert the dongle
- Insert dongle in another port
- Update the dongle software (For safenet dongle only)
- Install the correct dongle software (For HYP 2003 dongle - HYPERSECU PKI software)
- Make sure dongle is not formatted/DSC revoked/DSC deleted.
2. நீண்ட நேரமாக சுற்றிக் கொண்டே இருக்கிறது…
Ø காரணம்: Java version error. Install the correct java version.
- Uninstall current Java in your system.
- Install correct Java version from HERE
Ø காரணம்: Emsigner window displayed in the back
- Minimize all windows
- Select the name at back and Sign
- Login and do esign again
- 8080 portal open ஆகவில்லை
- Type https://127.0.0.1:8080/ in address bar
- Close Emsigner from system tray ( ^ - near system time and date)
- Right click Emsigner from Desktop
- Select Run as Administrator
- Refresh 8080 portal
- Login in Approver ID
- Click Other Applications
- Click DSC Registration
- Check the name of Employee in the Display window
- If correct Click Agree Box
- Click Register (1 success and 1 error message displays)*
- Click Sign. Select the Approver name and Sign using Dongle password
- Click Register button again (2 Success message Displays
- Registration completed
- Restart the System
